Duties Include: Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for our company Create, share and respond to online reviews Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends Assist in organizing marketing events Post about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums) Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities Preferred Experience Includes: Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role Strong social media presence on multiple platforms Experience creating online content Excellent communication skills Professional attitude An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people Experience in retail sales is a plus BS in Marketing or relevant degree Required experience: Marketing or Sales: 1+ year What we expect is as follows but not limited to: Be timely. Maintain a positive attitude and a great level of excitement while representing our products at shows. Have a strong work ethic. Communicate clearly. Always be prepared. Be willing to travel (Reliable Transportation). Be prepared to submit written recaps daily via text after every shift. Meet Quotas. Work with a team. Be a self-starter. Able to stand and demonstrate for 7–10-hour shifts. Be able to work weekends, majority Thursday – Sunday events.
